Plugin changes monitoring
Plugin monitoring involves tracking the installation/uninstallation, activation/deactivation, and updates of a plugin. Activations, deactivations and modifications to plugin versions signal that something may go wrong on your website. I
n higher WordPress care plans, plugin monitoring is included. Read the FAQ answer “Why monitor plugin and content changes?“
Website login monitoring
Login monitoring involves tracking a user’s registration and subsequent login to the WordPress administration panel. In higher (excluding Mini) care plans, we verify that individuals have successfully registered and logged into their WordPress accounts. It is an essential part of website security monitoring.
Content changes monitoring
Content changes monitoring involves tracking content changes and modifications on the website, including posts, pages, media, and other content types. You’ll never miss out again with content changes monitoring in place!
Maintaining up-to-date copies of all your website’s posts and pages allows for quick searching through old articles or adding new material at any time, eliminating the need to go back into production mode and saving everyone valuable energy (and money). In higher WordPress care plans, plugin monitoring is included. Read the FAQ answer “Why monitor plugin and content changes?“
Uptime monitoring
Knowing when your site is unavailable is critical to any business. Uptime monitoring tests the availability of your website software and immediately alerts you in a way that suits you via email or SMS. In detail, it means monitoring the availability of the website’s home page. The test is carried out continuously (24 hours / 7 days a week) and consists of checking the server’s response to the call (query) of the home page. The test does not examine the page’s content but only the continuity of operation. Uptime monitoring is included in higher WordPress care plans (Business & VIP).
Google Search Console error monitoring.
Google Search Console (GSC) is a tool that helps you monitor your website’s health and performance and identify any potential problems that prevent it from appearing in Google’s search engine results as expected. We will monitor and send you a list of errors detected by the GSC. Higher care plans (Business & VIP) are included. More information about Google Search Console.
Thanks to GSC, you can find out, for example, whether there are any problems with the indexation of a domain in the search engine, whether the website has a manual filter from Google, or whether you should submit XML sitemaps, amongst more capabilities. The most valuable of its features include:
- Performance reports – Keywords, images, video and news,
- Coverage issues – Indexed URLs and errors,
- Page experience – Core web vitals, mobile experience, HTTPS and security issues,
- Links reports – Inbound, outbound, broken links and internal links,
- Crawl statistics – How Googlebot is crawling your website,
- Google manual actions and security issues check, and
- Data highlighter tool.
Maximum reaction time
Time (counted in hours) from the confirmation of the error report to the moment of remote or direct intervention to remove it. Technical support reaction time varies by WordPress care plan. For the VIP plan, we will establish priority support with the client.
Client ticket management system
For Standard care plans and higher, we provide access to a ticket support system that accepts requests (tasks) and allows you to track their status and communicate.
